These terms apply when you shop with AK Perfumery. By placing an order on our website, you agree to them.
When you place an order, you will see a confirmation and we will contact you to confirm it. Orders paid online are accepted once payment is confirmed; orders paid on delivery or at the shop are accepted once we confirm them with you. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment in full if that happens.
All prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Payment on delivery is available within Accra and Kumasi only. Orders sent to a station are paid for before they go out.
Within Accra and Kumasi, delivery is by dispatch rider for GH₵15 to GH₵70 by distance, paid to the rider. Elsewhere in Ghana, we send your order to your chosen station for GH₵30. See Delivery and pickup for details.
Perfume cannot be returned once it has left our hands, except when it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. Such items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving them. See Delivery and pickup for how to report one.
We do our best to describe every product accurately. Scent is personal and can smell slightly different on different skin, and bottles and packaging can change from batch to batch.
If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Photos, text and designs made for this website belong to AK Perfumery and may not be copied without our permission. Brand names belong to their owners.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.
