When you place an order, create an account, join our mailing list or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as:

• your delivery address, town or station
• your order history and any messages you send us

We do not see or store your card or Mobile Money details. Online payments are handled by our secure payment provider.

How we use it

• to process, deliver and support your orders
• to contact you about your order or a message you sent us
• to send you news about new arrivals, only if you joined our mailing list
• to keep our website secure and improve how it works

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the people and companies that help us run the shop, such as our payment provider, dispatch riders and bus companies. We never sell your personal information.

Our website uses cookies to keep items in your bag, keep you signed in and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some parts of the site may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. You can leave our mailing list at any time.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
