Delivery and pickup
Please read this before you place your order. Here is how your perfume gets to you, what it costs and how to pay.
Within Accra and Kumasi
GH₵15 to GH₵70
By dispatch rider. The fee depends on your location and is paid to the rider when your order arrives.
Rest of Ghana
GH₵30
We send your order to the station you choose. The fee is added at checkout. You collect it there.
Pick up at our shop
Free
Collect from Nungua, Accra or Dichemso, Kumasi. We call you when your order is ready.
Delivery within Accra and Kumasi
Our dispatch riders deliver to your door in Accra and Kumasi. Delivery costs GH₵15 to GH₵70, depending on how far you are.
The delivery fee is not added at checkout. You pay it straight to the rider when your order arrives.
Delivery to the rest of Ghana
Outside Accra and Kumasi, we send your order by bus to the station you name at checkout, for GH₵30, added to your order total. Any fare the bus company charges is paid when you collect your parcel.
We will call you with the details you need to collect it.
Paying for your order
- Within Accra and Kumasi: pay on delivery, in cash or by Mobile Money.
- Pickups: pay at the shop when you collect.
- Orders sent to a station: message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange payment with you. Your order goes out once payment is confirmed.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back perfume once it has left our hands. If you are unsure about a scent, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will help you choose.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, the fault is ours and we will make it right. Contact us on WhatsApp at 024 076 3018 within 24 hours of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will replace the item, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
